Officer runs down fleeing suspect in shocking dashcam video
A motorcyclist filed a lawsuit against a former Texas police officer on Monday, claiming he was deliberately run over after a dramatic chase back in November 2020. Dashcam video has emerged showing the moment Dustin Bates was hit by the police cruiser. He suffered a fractured spine, broken ribs and two fractures in his leg.
