Police Officer Pranks Phone Scammer Who Threatens Her

Apex, North Carolina, Police Captain Ann Stephens played games with a scam caller on Tuesday, August 27, after receiving a call from a purported police detective trying to get her personal information.

The roughly 12-minute long video from the Apex Police Department served as a warning for the public to not give out address, social security, and other personal information to suspicious callers.
