Police declared a riot in Portland, Oregon, late on August 15, as more than 200 people gathered near the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office on the 80th consecutive night of protests in the city, reports said.

This footage, posted to Twitter, shows police dispersing crowds on East Burnside Street near the sheriff’s office.

Police said earlier in the day, protesters and counter-protesters “argued and fought with each other” in downtown Portland and one person was injured when struck in the face by a paintball gun.

In a separate incident, police said, one person allegedly fired a gun as two groups confronted each other near Southwest 4th Avenue and Southwest Yamhill Street.
