Tropical Depression Claudette moved across Georgia and the Carolinas on Sunday, June 20, as satellite footage shared by the National Weather Service shows.

The weather bureau said Claudette continued to move across South Carolina, producing gusts up to 30 mph along the coast as well as thunderstorms in the Pee Dee region.

Claudette was downgraded to a depression from a tropical storm on June 19, but was forecast to re-intensify into a tropical storm by Monday, June 21, prompting warnings of heavy rains and possible flash flooding. Credit: National Weather Service Wilmington via Storyful
