Scientists create luxury Wagyu beef in laboratory

Researchers at the University of Osaka have created a piece of luxury Wagyu beef in a laboratory. The scientists used a 3D bio-printing of edible cow cells to recreate muscle, fat and blood vessels, giving it that all-important meaty texture. Wagyu beef is among the most expensive meats in the world and can fetch more than $200 per kilo.
