Smoke Rises Over Gaza Strip as Airstrikes Continue

The Quds News Network posted this footage on Tuesday, May 18, described as showing Bani Suheila, a town in the southern Gaza Strip, as Israeli strikes against the enclave continued.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA said Israeli warplanes launched dozens of airstrikes across Gaza on Tuesday morning. Ammon News, a Jordanian news outlet, reported that Bani Suheila was among the areas targeted.

The Gaza health ministry said on Monday night that the number of deaths there over the past nine days had risen to 212, including 61 children.
