Yellow weather warnings were issued for parts of northern England on Saturday, February 19, due to an ongoing risk of rain, wind, and snow following Storm Eunice’s departure.

This footage was filmed by Blackburn resident Steven W Clark, who said it was taken on Saturday. “The biggest flakes I have ever seen,” he wrote in a tweet. “Not so much snowflakes as snow lumps!”
