Wintry Weather Causes Shelf Ice on Chicago Beach

Winter weather swept across Chicago on January 26, causing shelf ice to form along Foster Beach on Wednesday, January 27.

This video uploaded to Twitter shows shelf ice that had formed along the shoreline of Lake Michigan after days of heavy snowfall.
