Saints head coach Dennis Allen confirmed reports 2022 first round pick Trevor Penning could see the field this season after tearing a ligament in his foot in the preseason. New Orleans placed Penning on IR last week, and the team feared he could be lost for the season. Ian Rapoport reported today he could return to practice as early as November after successful foot surgery.
