Wealth manager sees S&P 500 'exactly where it is today' by June 2023

STORY: The S&P 500 is up about 5% from its October closing low, but it remains down more than 20% in 2022 due to worries that the Fed's aggressive rate hikes could cripple the U.S. economy.
