Wildfire Smoke Filmed by Space Station Passing Over British Columbia

The International Space Station captured smoke from a wildfire burning near Kamloops in British Columbia on Saturday, August 5.

By Sunday, an evacuation order remained in place for 92 properties, and the fire had spread to more than 4,800 hectares (11,861 acres), the Columbia–Shuswap Regional District said.

It was one of multiple fires burning in the province.
