Washington state is going to make Motel 6 a lot of money. Call it the Chik-fil-a effect.

Motel 6 can't win. Most of their customers are either illegal aliens, dope addicts, or both. However, when they try to clean things up a bit so that normal people might consider staying at a Motel 6, they still get sued by Washington state's attorney general anyway. Note to self: don't become an owner of a Motel 6, and don't stay at one either.

Many businesses will cooperate with law enforcement. It would also seem that local governments should also agree with law enforcement when they are not too busy hiding criminals and smoking dope.
