Opus Bar and Grill is a well loved steakhouse that is located at the now opened voco Orchard (previously Hilton Hotel).

The Yummy Crew was invited for a tasting in celebration of their 7th anniversary and was treated to a variety of dishes ranging from classics such as the Whiskey-aged wagyu tomahawk to new additions such as the Impossible chicken burger made with their signature open-fire grilling techniques.

Head chef Shannon Batten introduced us to the refreshed menu which also includes well crafted seafood dishes such as the Barramuni and Saffron seafood risotto.
