Gator Takes an Evening Stroll in South Carolina State Park

If visitors to South Carolina’s Huntington Beach State Park came looking for a closeup with an alligator on April 20, they were not disappointed, as a big one lumbered across the road right in front of them.

Video by Austin Edwards Bond shows people recording as the gator makes its way back to the water.

Bond recently recorded another alligator crossing the road in the same location. “Probability is low that it is the same gator just because there are a lot of gators in this lake,” he said. Credit: Austin Bond via Storyful
