Cat Found Week After Valencia Fire Is Reunited With Owner

A cat was reunited with its owner after being found hiding inside a fire-ravaged apartment building in Valencia, Spain, on March 1, eight days after a large blaze in the housing complex killed at least 10 people, officials said.

Local media said the cat belonged to a family on the 11th floor but was found sheltering on a floor above.

Footage from police shows the emotional moment the cat, Coco, was reunited with owner Andrea Rubio on Friday afternoon.
