Foreign nationals from Spain, Canada and Peru were among the dead, authorities said, adding that others were still missing after floods swamped the area on Saturday (September 7).

The floods destroyed dozens of homes, as well as damaging roads and electricity, water and phone networks.

Reuters was able to confirm the locations of videos, but could not independently confirm when they were filmed.
