"I came here because I wanted to be released from everyday stresses and distractions, and immerse myself in a meditation experience."

The 80-minute meditation has four stages in different rooms

- A fluorescent bright room

- A dark room with starry ceiling

- A bamboo room

- A ‘tea meditation’ room

"I think the (studio's) atmosphere is great. I can go back and forth between the bright and dark rooms, and the meditation program is very well-made. You can't experience something like this in other places."
