He received a Guinness World Record certificate

from Nepal Tourism Board chief Dhananjay Regmi

"I feel sorry for my brother, as he could not grow well. At the same time, I am happy that he has received a world record certificate.”

The previous shortest teen was also from Nepal

Khagendra Thapa Magar measured 26.4 inches in 2010
