Three killed in Oklahoma Walmart shooting

Three people were fatally shot at a Walmart in Duncan, Oklahoma on Monday, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Officials did not immediately give more details - including information on the shooter and if there were more people wounded by gunfire.

The local newspaper in Duncan - citing police sources - said the shooter was dead.

Helicopter footage of the scene showed at least one covered body in the Walmart parking lot.

The incident about 80 miles south of Oklahoma City comes three months after a massacre at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, where 22 people were killed and 26 others injured.

The suspected gunman is accused of deliberately targeting Mexicans and has pleaded not guilty.
