Flaming river shocks residents in China

This is the moment flames appear to flow downstream in a river in Fushun, China on July 28. The flames are actually burning bales of straw that are somehow not extinguishing in the rapids. Observers say the straw may have been lit to burn away excess debris in the river and prevent the waterway from clogging up.
