A crowd gathered in Raeford, North Carolina, for George Floyd’s memorial service on Saturday, June 6, as anti-police brutality protests continued across the globe.

Floyd died after a Minneapolis police officer kneeled on his neck for more than eight minutes during his arrest on May 25.

Mourners gathered outside of the RL Douglas Cape Fear Conference Center in Raeford on Saturday for a public viewing and later a private family service, local media reported.

Y'all are sooo scared of us. lol. You're intimidated by our strength, and that's ALWAYS been. You don't know the meaning behind us raising our fists because of your ignorance. It's obvious you've never gotten to know a Black person. Say that to my face or any other Black person's face and see what happens. You wouldn't dare! Clearly you're a #$%$ member. How is showing support to someone that was MURDERED racist?? Blacks can't be racist. Black don't carry out systematic discrimination through the institutional policies and practices of the society. So ignorant. SMDH.
