When Savannah Love decided to put on a film for her three-year-old daughter, Sutton, she didn’t expect such an emotional reaction to her favorite childhood classic, Stuart Little.

The pair were settling in for a movie night at their home in Beaumont, Texas. While making popcorn, Savannah heard her daughter crying inconsolably at the film and decided to check in. Little Sutton had quite an emotional reaction to a scene in which the mouse, Stuart Little, gets trapped in a washing machine.

Savannah published the clip to Twitter and told Storyful, “I got up to make us some popcorn and heard her start crying, so I immediately rushed in there to make sure she was okay. She was inconsolable and when I realized that she was only crying over the movie, I picked up my phone to record it.” Credit: savmlove via Storyful
