There was heavy rain in the north of Italy overnight on September 28-29, with the picturesque Lake Como town of Blevio hit by flooding and landslides for the second time in three months.
This footage shows the town muddied from rainfall, and a stretch of road impassable due to debris.
“[Fifty] millimeters of rain fell on the shores of the lake, or a third of the rain that fell in the province throughout the month of August,” local news outlet La Provincia said.
