Winter Storm Forces Highway Closures in Northern Baja California

Mexican authorities issued a preventive closure of the Tijuana-Tecate highway on Wednesday, February 23, as heavy snowfall created dangerous driving conditions.

Footage released by the General Secretariat of Government of Baja California on Wednesday morning shows snow coating the highway.
