Demonstrators Enter Tbilisi University to Protest Election Results

Demonstrators in Tbilisi camped out for the third night in a row between November 19 and 20 and entered a city university waving Georgian flags in protest against the result of the country’s parliamentary elections, local news reports said.

Footage by X user @jezko_fella shows a demonstrator holding a sign reading “[…] Rotten Russian Empire,” according to partial machine translation. It also shows a person waving a Georgian flag from inside Tbilisi State University.

According to local news reports, police dispersed the thousands gathered at dawn.
