Another government shutdown is looming. A partial shutdown could begin March 2 if Congress cannot reach a funding agreement. The government is currently operating on temporary stopgap funding bills that were passed in January. However, with critical deadlines approaching on March 1st and March 8th, some Republicans have warned they will opt to shut down the government if a deal remains out of reach by then.
