Cincinnati police could appeal Ohio Civil Rights Commission ruling on alleged racial attacks

A spokeswoman said it is now up to CPD to request what's called "reconsideration" after the commission determined "it is probable" they "engaged in an unlawful discriminatory practice" after an officer accused her ranking lieutenant of discrimination.
