Russia attacked Ukraine's Danube Port on Aug. 2, Reuters reports. The strike has caused worldwide food prices to soar even higher as Ukraine is prevented from exporting grain. The port was the main alternative to the country's Black Sea ports, which were blockaded by Russia in mid-July.
