Dozens of community members showed up at a church in Park Heights Monday to express their concerns to the acting head of the Baltimore City Police Department. Mayor Brandon Scott and acting Commissioner Rich Worley took questions and comments in the first in-person community engagement session ahead of Worley's confirmation vote. Issues ranged from trash to guns and violence.
