The ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict and uncertainty with the Federal Reserve's policies have taken a toll on bitcoin (BTC-USD). But that's not ebbing enthusiasm for a spot bitcoin ETF, which several companies want to launch. Hector McNeil, HANetf Co-CEO, Owner and Founder joins the Live show to discuss risks and challenges of crypto ETFs.

McNeil lays out his case for ETFs, saying they will help investors avoid the "wild west underlying crypto market." McNeil also takes issue with calling some platforms where crypto is traded as exchanges, saying it's "nonsensical" and that investors might "conflate that with something like the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq or the London Stock Exchange and that seems to be absolutely crazy. The best crypto exchange is a broker in the securities world and such that should be labeled correctly."
