Footage Shows Tropical Storm Ana Damage as Dozens Killed in Madagascar

The death toll from the impact of Tropical Storm Ana on Madagascar rose to 48 on January 28, the country’s National Office for Risk and Disaster Management reported.

The country declared a state of national disaster on Friday.

According to the European Commission, more than 72,000 people in the country were been displaced by the flooding.
