Amazon (AMZN) could be hit by an FTC antitrust lawsuit later this month, according to The Wall Street Journal. D.A. Davidson Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst Tom Forte joins Yahoo Finance Live to discuss the potential lawsuit, what this means for the future of Amazon as a company, and the outlook for investors.

Forte is more optimistic about Amazon's cloud computing business than e-commerce moving forward. The analyst said, "I think the most valuable part is the cloud computing business ... it has very attractive margins, and it still has a relatively elevated growth rate."
