Satellite Imagery Shows Severe Winter Weather Blast US West Coast

Severe winter weather hit parts of the West Coast at the weekend into Monday, March 4, as several feet of snow fell in the region.

Timelapse imagery posted by the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) depicts the storm impacting the region from Friday night into Monday morning.
