Winter weather made for a picturesque scene at the Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve in Gustavus, Alaska, lightly sprinkling traditional tribal structures with snow.

“Recent snowfall adds a beautiful adornment to the Huna Tribal House and Raven and Eagle Totem Poles,” wrote the Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. “Yéil Kootéeya (Raven Totem Pole) honors all of the Raven clans and Ch’áak’ Kootéeya (Eagle Totem Pole) honors all the Eagle clans with ties to Hoonah, the native village where many Huna Tlingit live today.”
