A wind warning was issued for parts of metro Vancouver, British Columbia, on Monday, November 15, as gusts were expected to break tree limbs, cause power outages, and toss loose objects, according to Canadian officials.

This footage filmed by Shane McDonald, who said it was filmed in the neighborhood of Metrotown in Burnaby, shows winds tossing a tent.

Wind gusts were expected to be the strongest near the water, reaching up to 90 km/h (about 56 mph), government officials said.

Road closures were in effect in Burnaby due to localized flooding, according to the city.
