Wildfire Rages in Malaga Mountains

Wildfires continued to burn in southern Spain’s Sierra de Mijas mountains on July 15, as officials declared a Level 1 emergency for the area.

The Andalucian emergency services said it had activated an emergency plan due to the fire in the El Higueron area of the Mijas mountains and urged caution.
