:: "It's all about just hanging out with your best friend out in the open waters having a good time. You know once you are out there on the board on the ocean nothing matters. It is just about having fun with your best friend. plus when you got a crowd like this you want to put on a good show for everybody and put smiles on everyone's faces."

:: "We don't look at winning or losing, we are all about having fun."

Dogs wearing costumes and googles rode their surfboards as owners cheered them on.

The Helen Woodward Animal Center was established in 1972, as an organization where “people help animals and animals help people.”
