Dalek Hilariously Interacts With Fan at Ottawa Comic Con

Shawn Dodds was treated to a Dalek parade at the Ottawa Comic Con in 2013. After jokingly stating he would jump on for a ride, the Dalek in question turned around and blasted the comic fan with smoke, much to the delight of those in the vicinity.
