Singer Adele stopped her performance at the BST Hyde Park Festival in London momentarily on July 1 to direct help to a distressed person in the audience.

Video filmed by audience member Kieran Weller shows the moment Adele abruptly stopped the show during a rendition of her song “Skyfall” when she noticed a group of people waving in the audience and called for security.

“They’re coming right through now. Make room, everyone move out of the way please,” the singer said to the crowd.

The show continued shortly thereafter. Reports said she stopped the show several times to help fans.
