Russian official video shows typhoon floods in Far East

STORY: Russia's TASS news agency cited the ministry as saying nearly 4,400 homes and multiple apartment buildings were flooded, with 28 settlements still cut off from access.

It said most of the affected homes were in the cities of Ussuriysk and Spassk-Dalny, and in the Oktyabrsky municipal district, in the region of Primorye, where the port of Vladivostok is the administrative centre.

TASS reported no casualties, but added the flood in Ussuriysk, the second largest city in Primorye, was the worst and biggest in a decade, with up to 40 percent of its territory affected.
