IBM (IBM), Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG), AT&T (T), Ford Motor (F), GE Vernova (GEV), and eBay (EBAY) are expected to report earnings.

The Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) data for July will be released in the morning. Economists expect services PMI to fall to 54.8 and manufacturing PMI to rise to 51.7. New home sales numbers for June will also be released and are expected to rise to 640,000.

Finally, Fed Governor Michelle Bowman is expected to deliver comments in the afternoon.
