Yahoo TV Philippine Coast Guard Inspects Typhoon Rai Destruction

The death toll from Typhoon Rai in the Philippines reached at least 375 by December 21, according to figures released by the Philippine National Police. That number included more than 100 in the hard-hit state of Bohol.
Bohol’s governor, Arthur Yap, called for national government aid as he warned of the threat of looting due to growing hunger in the region, according to The Bohol Chronicle.
