'Do You Think We Should Leave?' Woman Watches Buildings Sway From 39th Floor During Manila Quake

A 6.1 magnitude earthquake shook Manila and the surrounding area in the Philippines on April 22. Many occupants evacuated buildings as the earthquake hit.

This footage shows buildings swaying during the earthquake in the Hulo area of Metro Manilla.

Francelle Bagaforo, who took this video, told Storyful that she and her boyfriend were on the 39th floor when the earthquake hit and were about to evacuate the building when it stopped.
