SkyDrive And Suzuki Partner To Commercialise Flying Cars

2 年前
Japanese start-up SkyDrive have teamed up with the Suzuki Motor Corporation. They aim to commercialise the flying car by 2025 by launching an air taxi service during the 2025 World Exposition in Osaka, Japan. They exhibited at the 2022 CES show in Las Vegas and have already commenced initial tests on the piloted vehicle while developing a two-seater version. SkyDrive’s flying car is designed to vertically take off and land with superb stability enabling users to take off from and land a parking lot and helipads atop buildings. Their SD-05 model recently received acceptance from the Japanese transportation ministry and the partnership with Suzuki will further their goals - as well as allowing the motoring firm to branch out into a new method of transportation.
