Poland Says Over 450,000 Refugees Have Crossed From Ukraine

Some 98,000 Ukrainians entered Poland on March 1, officials said, bringing past 450,000 the number who have entered since Russia invaded on February 24.

Following a meeting between UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki on Tuesday, the Polish Chancellery of the Prime Minister said, “Ukraine needs our immediate action and the most practical help.
