Ukrainian Flag Raised in Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast

A Ukrainian flag was raised in Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast, video released on September 12 shows, as troops recaptured towns and villages in the region from Russian forces.

Footage from the 92nd Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Ground Forces shows troops taking down the Russian tricolour from a radio tower in Kupiansk and replacing it with a Ukrainian flag.

Ukrainian armed forces said on Sunday they had liberated districts in the cities of Izyum and Kupiansk.
