Dogs, and Locals, Get a Helping Hand Amid Devastating Thailand Flooding

Receding floodwaters in the hard-hit Mai Sai area of north Thailand’s Chiang Rai province brought some relief for locals and their animals alike, videos from September 12 showed.

The flooding in both Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai has been described as the worst in 30 years by Thai PBS.

Dozens of areas, including Bangkok, remained under flood warnings, the National Water Resources Office said.
