Fire crews and local agencies battled a major blaze burning in a motel in Caldwell, Texas, which prompted evacuations on Tuesday, February 15.

Fire officials were yet to account for everyone in the hotel as of Tuesday evening, KBTX reported.

Caldwell Fire and Rescue advised people to avoid the area and warned of possible power outages as of 3 pm.
