Damaged Buildings in Bertram, Texas, in Wake of Storm

The downtown area of Bertram, Texas, was badly damaged by strong winds late on March 22, with this video from the following morning showing the scene.

The recorder of this video, Randy Jarvis, said it appeared to him that the damage was caused by a tornado.

However, while tornado warnings were in place for the night, the National Weather Service said the damage in Bertram was caused by straight-line winds. Credit: Randy Jarvis via Storyful
