Yahoo TV Winter Snow Disrupts Travel in Oklahoma City

The National Weather Service issued winter weather warnings and advisories for parts of Oklahoma and surrounding states on December 13 as a winter storm moved through the region.
Video filmed by Lee Oscar shows a blanket of snow at an Oklahoma City truck stop. Oscar said the snow left him temporarily “stuck” in the area.
